Reservation Policies
Reservation & Payment Policy:
Your payment is completed when you already have a confirmation number and the charge in your credit card has been applied. When you’re booking, you’re authorizing us in writing to use your credit card number to make your payment, and you’re confirming that you know and accept the present Terms and Conditions, as well as the Hotel del Carmen privacy policy.
Guaranty Policy:
Credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Check In: 2:00 p.m.
Check Out: 12:00 p.m.
Credit Cards Accepted:
Visa and MasterCard.
Cancellation Policy:
Any change in your reservation will be subject to availability and necessary rate adjustments. For further information you must contact one of our reservations executives reservaciones@hoteldelcarmen.net mentioning your reservation number. Every reservation confirmed by Hotel del Carmen results in a reservation control number, which you must have with you in every moment.
No Show Policy:
In case of no show, will be charge the first night of stay without right to reimbursement.
Extra person Policy:
All extra people will have charge; do not accept more than 4 people by room.
Children Policy:
2 Childs under 12 years old are free in the same room with their parents.
Pets Policy:
No pets allowed.
Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from Internet Power, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
