Reservation & Payment Policy:
Credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Check In: 2:00 p.m.
Check Out: 12:00 p.m.

Any change in your reservation will be subject to availability and necessary rate adjustments. For further information you must contact one of our reservations executives firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your reservation number. Every reservation confirmed by Hotel del Carmen results in a reservation control number, which you must have with you in every moment.
No Show Policy:
In case of no show, will be charge the first night of stay without right to reimbursement.
Extra person Policy:
All extra people will have charge; do not accept more than 4 people by room.
2 Childs under 12 years old are free in the same room with their parents.
No pets allowed.
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from Internet Power, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
